Our experienced team ensures a maximum of 3 people per flight, weighing between 225lbs to 550lbs. Children under five are not permitted for safety reasons. Meeting and Pickup
Meeting Point: 1228 W Woodin Ave., Chelan, WA 98816
Departure Point: At Chelan Parasail & Watersports Building at “Meeting Point” address
Ending Point: The activity will end back at the meeting point.

- Swimwear and towels
- Change of clothes
- Sunscreen (Please apply before boarding the vessel)
- Water - staying hydrated is essential!
Restrictions
- Not suitable for pregnant women due to safety reasons
- Participants in parasailing must be at least 5 years old and weigh a minimum of 50 pounds
- All trips are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.
- All weather-related cancellations are fully refundable, with processing taking 3-5 business days.
- Changes to reservations within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted.
- In case of cancellation due to poor weather, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If the minimum number of travelers is not met and the experience is canceled, you can choose an alternative date/experience or receive a full refund.
